Refund policy

At EVOLVE Fashions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our cancellation, return and refund policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 3 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a return.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at care@evolvefashions.in to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  • Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, including all accessories and tags, and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your return. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Personalised or customised items & Sale items
  • Undergarments and swimwear for hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item(s) and inspecting them, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and you will receive an email notification confirming the refund has been initiated.

Please note:

  • It may take some time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
  • Shipping charges ( if any ) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
